We know it’s BBQ season! So we figured we’d share the big three quick, easy, and healthy BBQ essentials to make your BBQ a smash hit that doesn’t destroy all of your GAINS.

Caprese mini kabob ?
1. Cut fresh basil in half or quarters
2. Add fresh mozzarella, basil, and a grape or cherry tomato to tooth pick
3. (Optional) drizzle some balsamic and/or olive oil
Steak skewers ?
1. Cut onion, pepper, and steak into large cubes
2. Add onion, pepper, steak, and tomato onto skewers
3. Grill on all sides for 2-4 minutes or until desired temperature
Avocado chocolate mousse ? ?
1. Half and scoop 4 avocados into a blender
2. Add 6 tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder
3. Add 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
4. Add 4 tbsp raw unfiltered honey
5. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
6. Blend until smooth and fully mixed
7. Serve and top with fresh fruit
There you have it! Appetizer, main course, and a desert that won’t kill your gains and have everyone talking about your BBQ for days to come!
