Here at ATS, we have built the Elite Athletic Development Program from the ground up to help middle school and high school athletes become better all-around athletes. We will make them stronger, faster, more mobile and flexible, and help them stay injury free. What we do best is take ALL of the guesswork out of what needs to be done. This allows them to reach their absolute top potential as an athlete. Our gym will give them the programming, coaching, and motivation required to get the job done.

A full 1 on 1 assessment of your current movement with a special emphasis on your throwing arm to pinpoint how we can unlock more velocity and keep or help you get healthy. Whether you’re here at ATS for 3 months or 3 years you’ll never be guessing about what we have to do in order to push you to the next level of performance. Our assessment lays the foundation for all training that will follow.

Our initial membership into our Elite Baseball Development program is 90 days. This allows us to build a solid foundation and improve YOUR son’s performance. Anyone who tells you they can make lasting changes in less than that is simply lying and looking to STEAL your money! For those who are more serious, we also offer longer commitments to the program. Our middle school and high school ballplayers train 2-4x per week which is optimal depending on the time of year. Many of our athletes train year round but simply vary the frequency of their training – for example 2x per week in-season and 3-4x per week in the offseason. This allows us to not only get tremendous results in terms of strength, power and speed but allows us to keep those gains year round while other work hard in the off-season and then lose everything they worked for over the course of a long season.

Our son Christian has been going to ATS for around 3 months now, and in that little amount of time we have to say what a difference it has made. Christian has gotten a lot stronger and faster.
